Bernard J. McGoldrick

Attorney

Bernard J. McGoldrick founded the firm in 1999. He has practiced in almost all areas of the law, but now focuses on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, Estate and Trust Litigation, Will Contests, Conservatorships, Guardianships and Probate Litigation. He spent two years at Cal Berkeley in the late 1980s, and graduated from Fresno State University in 1994, summa cum laude. He returned to Cal for law school, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from Boalt Hall, where he was recognized for his Moot Court Advocacy. He is a past president of the Oakhurst Sierra Sunrise Rotary Club, and a current member of the Oakhurst Sierra Rotary Club. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Yosemite High School Scholarship Foundation and is the Attorney Coach for the Yosemite High School Mock Trial Team, which is a frequent winner of the Madera County Mock Trial competition.

Snezhana McGoldrick

Attorney

Snezhana McGoldrick joined the firm in 2008. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, real estate and corporate law. Snezhana handles cases in all counties in California and in all federal district courts in California. She received her B.A. from the State University of Economics and Finance, St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1994, her law degree (J.D.) from the State University Law Faculty in St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1997, and a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in international arbitration from Boalt School of Law, UC Berkeley, in 1998. After law school, Snezhana was an associate at the New York office of a leading international law firm, where she worked on international arbitration and mergers & acquisitions matters. Snezhana is licensed to practice law in California and New York, and is fluent in English and Russian.

Amanda Willden

Litigation Manager

Amanda joined the firm in 2019. She graduated from Deer Park High School in Washington state in 1999 and obtained her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2003, where she was awarded Outstanding Paralegal Graduate of the Year. She also received an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2013. During her time in the state of Washington, Amanda worked for a personal injury plaintiff's firm, as well as an insurance defense firm working for Farmer's Insurance. She moved to the Central Sierras in 2011 and worked as a court clerk at the Bass Lake Division of Madera Superior Court for five years. She obtained her Life Insurance License in 2017, taking a break from her legal career for two years before returning to her passion. Amanda currently works remotely for McGoldrick & McGoldrick after returning to Washington state in 2022. She lives in Deer Park, WA with her two sons. She enjoys the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, including fishing, hiking, paddle boarding and huckleberry picking.

Yvonne Davis

Legal Assistant

Yvonne was born and raised in Santa Paula, CA. She began her career as a Legal Assistant over 35 years ago. She obtained her first Notary Public Commission in 1985 and has continued to maintain her license throughout her career. She moved to the Oakhurst area in 2007 where she lives with her husband and children. Yvonne joined the office in March of 2021. Yvonne is very family oriented and enjoys taking family vacations with her three children, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Barbara Irion

Legal Assistant

Born and raised in Canada, Barbara earned her BA from Concordia University in Montreal. She has lived, worked, and raised her two children in Oakhurst since 2005. She is a member of Soroptimist International of the Sierras and enjoys volunteering in her community.
